Senior Technical Business Developer – Grid Automation

📋 Description

• Lead U.S. market growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities within utility and industrial
• Drive product homologation and qualification efforts with key utility customers to expand adoption
• Serve as a technical subject-matter expert in grid automation, supporting customers and internal
• Lead technical discussions around grid automation architectures, protection systems, digital
• Translate customer requirements and market opportunities into technically viable and commercially
• Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, industrial customers, technology partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related technical
• 10+ years of professional experience in technical business development, power systems, grid
• Deep understanding of the U.S. utility market, including customer requirements, commercial
• Strong knowledge of grid automation technologies, digital substation architectures, protection
• Familiarity with IEEE standards and IEC 61850.
• Knowledge of DERMS, Dynamic Line Rating (DLR), and network state estimation.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $119,000–$190,400 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
