📋 Description

• Lead customer engagement for sub-transmission solutions
• Focus on 72.5–145 kV dead tank circuit breakers
• Bridge product management, sales, utilities, EPCs, OEMs
• Expand market opportunities with SF6-free tech adoption
• Shape product evolution and market strategy autonomously
• Support grid modernization and resilience initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or related
• 10+ years with high-voltage equipment, circuit breakers/substations
• Strong understanding of U.S. sub-transmission, procurement, market dynamics
• Background in technical sales, product management, or business development
• Knowledge of vacuum interrupter tech and SF6-free solutions
• Familiarity with IEEE/ANSI standards
