Senior Technical Consultant

📋 Description

• Manage and execute implementations and projects for customers
• Perform detailed discovery of CRM usage and Outreach integration
• Be SME on Outreach technologies; advise internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with PMs, PS Consultants, Trainers, and customers to drive projects
• Distill information to inform complex configuration setups
• Explore client processes to build successful integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Technical Consultant with 4-5 years in SaaS consulting
• 2+ years in a technical or support role
• Strong ability to test and troubleshoot complex integrations
• Excellent communicator; able to translate technical topics for non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record solving enterprise integration challenges
