Senior Technical Content Manager

📋 Description

• Set the Direction for Anaplan’s technical content function across Anapedia, the Planual
• Lead a ~15-person organization across two sub-teams with a culture of ownership and continuous
• Challenge the status quo in how content is planned, produced, and maintained.
• Scale content with AI to accelerate creation, review, updating, and translation.
• Modernize the content stack with modern CMS and tooling.
• Lead as a practitioner by contributing to complex content and guiding sub-team leads.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing a mid-size team (roughly 15–25 people).
• Strong track record scaling technical content operations at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI in content creation, QA, or localisation.
• Working knowledge of modern content management systems and docs-as-code tools.
• Bias toward challenging processes while protecting content quality and trust.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders; hybrid work readiness with
