Senior Technical Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the delivery of highly available online systems supporting one or more assessment programs
• Scope, document, and track development requirements for new features and enhancements, including
• Own the technical specification process and documentation across online systems, partnering with
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) in collaboration with program managers and technical project
• Investigate, triage, and resolve technical escalations and client inquiries, independently
• Develop sufficient product and system knowledge to effectively support technical delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in
• Demonstrated experience managing complex technical delivery initiatives involving multiple
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, including data relationships, basic web application
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude and willingness to learn basic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical
• Strong documentation skills and experience developing technical specifications, requirements, test
