Senior Technical Designer

📋 Description

• Own fit/technical design for multiple product categories from concept to production.
• Apply pattern making, grading, garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing knowledge to
• Collaborate cross-functionally with vendors and teams to improve fit, speed to market, and product
• Influence decisions using client feedback and data to inform action plans and long-term fit
• Manage risks early in development and provide actionable feedback with balanced trade-offs.
• Lead or mentor junior designers and support special initiatives for faster development.

🎯 Requirements

• A.A./B.A./B.S. in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, or a related field.
• 8+ years in apparel technical design with deep knowledge of fit and construction across multiple
• Advanced expertise in pattern making, grading, construction, textiles, and manufacturing
• Fluent in Google Workspace, Adobe Illustrator; strong experience with Optitex 2D or 3D CLO and PLM
• Strong understanding of inclusive sizing and how body proportions affect fit across ranges.
• Experience working directly with factories/vendors and managing production timelines.
