📋 Description

• Lead critical and blocker incidents from detection to recovery.
• Coordinate incident bridges with cross-functional teams.
• Develop tooling to automate response and reduce toil.
• Improve observability, resiliency, and manageability of services.
• Drive change reviews to minimize risk and ensure reliability.
• Mentor team, run tabletop exercises, and improve runbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SRE/production ops or equivalent.
• Incident Commander / Technical Duty Officer experience.
• Strong SRE fundamentals: SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, observability.
• Proficient in Python for automation and tooling.
• Linux/Unix troubleshooting; multi-tier distributed systems.
• Networking literacy (DNS, TLS, load balancing).
