Senior Technical Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for your area in lockstep with Engineering and Design.
• Define requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and set success criteria for features, including AI-driven
• Lead customer discovery with lenders, loan officers, and ops teams to build a data-driven roadmap.
• Prototype ideas hands-on using AI coding tools and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Craft clear product specs and acceptance criteria for fast, intentional iteration.
• Define success metrics and drive post-launch iterations to achieve outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical background with ability to read code and prototype with AI tools.
• Fluency with LLM concepts (prompting, evals, retrieval, fine-tuning).
• Experience building B2B SaaS in regulated industries; mortgage/lending is a plus.
• Strong research instincts to turn qualitative insights into actionable plans.
• Data fluency to form hypotheses from quantitative data.
• Proven track record shipping in fast-moving startups and managing ambiguity.
