• End-to-end AI lifecycle for Conversational AI products
• Define technical roadmap to boost AI accuracy, scalability, and performance
• Collaborate with Eng, Data Science, Sales, Customer Success
• Ensure high availability and scalable platform for billions of messages
• Leverage LLMs and NLP for world-class experiences
• Drive platform improvements for reliability and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years in product management for SaaS/platforms, AI/ML a plus
• Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, dialog management, AI infra
• Proven ability to create strategy, prioritize, and roadmap in agile env
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision making, customer focus
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership
