Manage a multi-surface product roadmap spanning remote assistance, dispatch, and fleet management
Voice of the customer from airline/airport users and internal operators
Scope milestones enabling data-driven iterative development
Drive technical execution across real-time and infrastructure-heavy systems
Provide cross-functional leadership for Fleet Operations products

🎯 Requirements

BS in CS/Engineering or related field
5+ years product management for technically complex products
Experience building operator-facing tooling with real-time performance
Proven ability to ship 0→1 products in a fast-paced env
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
