📋 Description

• Own the Kotlin-in-IDE product vision end to end.
• Use IntelliJ with the Kotlin plugin daily to dogfood features.
• Maintain reference Kotlin projects for demos and DX testing.
• Build prototypes using AI coding agents to explore capabilities.
• Align the plugin roadmap with Kotlin compiler releases and IDE constraints.
• Define problem statements and scope; collaborate with engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional software development experience in Java or Kotlin.
• 5+ years in technical product management in a complex domain.
• Hands-on product person who lives in the product, not just reports.
• Experience with AI coding tools and agents.
• Can define roadmaps with problem statements, success criteria, and trade-offs.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
