Senior Technical Program Manager, Business Systems

📋 Description

• Own the TPM strategy for Outreach's Finance systems portfolio
• Lead end-to-end program mgmt for large-scale Finance initiatives
• Develop and execute cross-team project plans
• Refine scope amid shifting requirements and align delivery
• Drive UAT coordination with business stakeholders
• Establish scalable QA, integration planning, and change management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program mgmt in enterprise sys or ERP
• ERP migrations or large-scale system transitions
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Finance, IT, Ops
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Excellent written and verbal comms to execs
• Familiarity with Concur, Workday, Jira; integration awareness
