Senior Technical Program Manager - Compute and Sensors

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end program plan for next-gen compute and sensor software workstreams from architecture
• Partner with hardware, firmware, perception, and systems engineering leads on requirements
• Identify and drive resolution of cross-team dependencies, risks, and schedule conflicts before
• Build and maintain program schedules, tracking, and executive-level status reporting.
• Facilitate technical trade-offs (performance, power, cost, timeline) and drive decisions with
• Establish and evolve program mgmt processes for fast-moving hardware-software programs.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of technical program management, with embedded software and hardware (compute platforms
• Strong track record managing complex, long-running cross-functional projects
• Deep familiarity with software, hardware, or automotive development processes
• Clear, structured communications tailored to audiences; able to present status and risk to senior
• Strong technical/analytical skills; able to contribute to architecture/methodology docs and
