🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Technical Program Management, Data Ops, or AI/ML ops.
• Hands-on data labeling, annotation, or model evaluation.
• Experience with external vendors and distributed workforces.
• Strong ML lifecycle understanding and data's role in training.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and dashboards.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; cross-functional alignment.
