Senior Technical Program Manager (IDE Department)

📋 Description

• Lead the most complex cross-team technical programs in your primary domain.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute work to a consistently high standard across the domain.
• Surface risks, blockers, and capacity issues early and drive mitigation or escalation when needed.
• Serve as the senior PMO escalation point when complex delivery work gets stuck.
• Keep program status accurate by verifying execution, not just collecting updates.
• Work with product, engineering, quality, and service teams to define goals, scope, milestones, dependencies, and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• A proven track record of leading complex software programs or cross-team initiatives.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate across functions.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, and escalation judgment.
• Experience managing multiple parallel initiatives and keeping execution plans aligned with reality.
• Experience coaching other PMs and improving execution quality beyond your own work.
• Enough technical depth to sanity-check feasibility, dependency chains, and delivery risk; technical background with software development teams.
