Senior Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for enterprise customers.
• Coordinate deployment of Laurel tenant and Boomi Atom with implementation engineers.
• Guide technical integration setup for Microsoft Office, Email, Phone, Video Conferencing, and SSO.
• Run kickoff calls and office hours for end users and finance teams during implementation.
• Triage issues in real time, escalating to engineering/leadership while maintaining customer
• Coordinate with CSMs on adoption strategies and user growth through go-live.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, MIS, or related field.
• 5+ years of PM experience delivering complex technical implementations in B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana or Microsoft Planner.
• Technical aptitude to work with engineers; experience with Boomi, XPATH, or enterprise integration
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SSO protocols (SAML/OAuth), email, calendar, phone, and video
• Interest in agentic AI tools and process automation.
