Senior Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery visibility through project tracking tools.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Partner with engineering teams to define system interactions, APIs, and payment workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years PM and Business Analysis in software delivery.
• Strong banking and payments experience, including payments processing.
• Experience with engineering teams and cloud-based, API-driven, event-driven architectures.
• Proven requirements gathering and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on Agile methodologies and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
