Senior Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new enterprise customers.
• Coordinate between customers and Laurel's implementation engineers to ensure high-quality go-lives.
• Lead kickoff calls and ongoing office hours for end users and finance teams.
• Triages issues in real time and escalate when needed while maintaining customer confidence.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones across concurrent accounts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin/Strategic Management/ MIS or related field.
• 5+ years in PM delivering complex technical implementations in B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency with Asana, Microsoft Planner, or similar; strong task-oriented design.
• Technical aptitude to work with Boomi, XPATH, or enterprise integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SSO (SAML/OAuth), email/calendar/phone/video systems.
• Excellent communicator across executive, customer, and engineering contexts.
