๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own end-to-end HRIS migration from discovery to go-live and hypercare
  • Build and maintain a master project plan with milestones and owners
  • Lead data migration planning: mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation
  • Coordinate across vendor, IT, HR, and Payroll to keep workstreams aligned
  • Drive configuration and testing across core modules: payroll, benefits, onboarding, time & attendance, and integrations
  • Develop a detailed cutover plan with parallel run, rollback, and go/no-go criteria

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience with at least one full HRIS implementation
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS platforms: modules, data structures, and integrations
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional implementations with multiple workstreams and vendors
  • Strong data migration experience: mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation
  • Solid understanding of People Operations programs: payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance
  • Ability to translate between HR and IT; strong communication and risk escalation
