• Ability to partner with senior leaders and executives on critical hires.
• Deep sourcing expertise and pipeline building for hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong understanding of tech talent markets, compensation, and motivations.
• Experience supporting global hiring across markets, regulations, and time zones.
