• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders on high-priority, high-visibility hires.
• Deep sourcing expertise and ability to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across regions
• Agile, detail-oriented, and energized by helping a startup scale globally; committed to diversity
• Strong advisory skills to hiring managers and thoughtful, respectful candidate partnership.
