Map target accounts and niche talent pools for cybersecurity and software.
Partner with leadership to scale the R&D org and hiring managers.
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from outreach to offer.
Track pipeline health and sourcing yield for decisions.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of full-cycle recruiting in tech or cybersecurity.
Own end-to-end R&D recruiting with autonomy and accountability.
Strong sourcing of passive talent and crafted outreach.
Experience hiring backend/platform engineers and security researchers.
Comfort in startup environments and complex tech domains.
Curious, resourceful, excellent communicator.
