📋 Description

• Own and fill complex technical roles (senior, staff, director engineers; principal PMs; AI/Builder
• Partner with engineering directors and product leaders; mix of full-cycle recruiting and team
• Focus on building long-term candidate relationships and thoughtful comp strategy.
• Lead hiring intelligence infra: trackers, dashboards, funnel analysis tools.
• Influence hiring calibration and process with engineering leadership.
• Leverage AI daily to move faster and improve output.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Technical fluency to assess engineering impact and differentiate elite technologists.
• Experience handling complex offer scenarios and first-principles comp.
• Strong hiring manager judgment; proactive process improvements.
• Mentor other recruiters; build tools and programs for the team.
• Curiosity about market, engineering practice, and Babylist culture.
