📋 Description

• Own and close complex technical roles (senior, staff, director-level engineers; principal PMs
• Partner with engineering directors and product leaders; focus on high-quality, long-term candidate
• Develop hiring infrastructure (tracking, dashboards, funnel analysis) to surface bottlenecks early.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Strong ability to assess engineering impact and speak the language with top technologists.
• Experience handling complex offer scenarios (above-band, counter-offers, role upleveling).
• Judgment to push back on miscalibrated searches and drive process improvements.
• Mentorship experience and a track record of building recruiting tools or programs.
• Curiosity about market, engineering practice, and Babylist culture; comfort with AI in recruiting.
