🎯 Requirements

Minimum 7 years in technical recruitment; engineering/product/design/data hiring preferred.
Passionate about recruitment with strong tech market knowledge; fintech/payments experience.
Utilize analytics to inform hiring strategies and improve outcomes.
Self-motivated with ability to define structure and prioritize tasks.
Deep knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies and ability to nurture passive candidate pools.
