📋 Description

• Senior Recruiter role on a contract basis supporting North America teams, based in Chicago.
• Full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, interviewing, debriefs, offers.
• Partner with Tech & Product teams to define hiring needs and strategies.
• Engage top talent with proactive sourcing and positive candidate experience.
• Use analytics to improve recruiting outcomes and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition to onboard new hires.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in Technical Recruitment (Engineering, Product, Design, Data).
• Strong sourcing skills; fintech/payments knowledge a plus; Chicago market knowledge valued.
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable with analytics to guide strategies.
• Self-motivated, able to structure work and prioritize tasks.
• Deep knowledge of passive candidate nurturing and sourcing techniques.
