🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally at a high-growth or talent-dense technology
• Strong track record of identifying and engaging exceptional software engineers
• Consistently build high-quality pipelines and deliver against ambitious hiring goals
• Creative and resourceful in finding hard-to-reach talent and crafting outreach
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and build strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers
• Even better if you have experience sourcing at an AI company, high-growth startup, or talent-dense
