📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for individual contributors through senior-level positions across North
• Lead intake sessions with hiring leaders to establish success profiles, criteria, sourcing
• Develop proactive sourcing and talent pipelines for priority areas.
• Advise stakeholders on talent availability, market dynamics, compensation benchmarks, and hiring
• Deliver high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Manage ATS activities with requisition accuracy, data quality, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in technology, data, analytics, or
• Experience recruiting across North America and Europe, closing mid-to-senior-level to executive
• Strong experience with enterprise ATS platforms such as Workday Recruiting, including requisition
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive pipeline development.
• Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and credibility with hiring leaders.
• Data literacy with dashboards and workforce insights for evidence-based hiring.
