• Senior Technical Trainer delivering instructor-led and live virtual training for HuntressSecurity.
• Builds and maintains modular technical learning experiences for the security org.
• Translates operational realities and product behavior into clear documentation for practitioners.
• Uses AI as an embedded part of workflows and training content.
• Collaborates with Training Manager and SMEs to analyze needs and close gaps.
• Operates in a remote-first environment with a focus on retention and impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years designing and delivering technical training in cybersecurity or similar.
• Ability to translate complex security concepts into accessible learning.
• Experience with modern training tools and LMS platforms; able to switch between facilitation and
• Strong facilitation skills for live sessions and content development for self-paced learning.
• Proven ability to assess training effectiveness and refine content accordingly.
