📋 Description

• Document for Ping Identity products and services in a Docs-as-Code environment.
• Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, and product teams to create and maintain core docs.
• Deliver docs for cloud and on-premise software for multiple audiences.
• Investigate, research, and learn product standards.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content with real-life examples.
• Advocate for documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Ability to explore unreleased features, test early-stage software, and gather insights with
• Experience using markdown languages, version control, single-source techniques, metadata tagging
• Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar PM platforms.
• Experience using AI assistants for code generation, use case creation, drafting, and style checks.
