Senior Technology Alliances Manager - CIAM

📋 Description

• Manage technology partners as a business with near/long-term plans.
• Develop and maintain partner plans (integration status, readiness, GTM, marketing, use cases).
• Lead partner and internal meetings with objectives, agendas, and next steps.
• Drive go-to-market activities and provide resources for joint solutions.
• Own partner programs with regular progress updates and stakeholder alignment.
• Deliver measurable outcomes and OKRs (partner-influenced revenue, NPS).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years field customer or partner success in SaaS.
• 3+ years field customer or partner success in IT security or infrastructure.
• Technology partner experience preferred.
• Project or event management experience preferred.
• Product and technical experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to engage stakeholders.
