Senior Test Engineer, Service Logistics

📋 Description

• Own Test Code Infrastructure and Readiness: Develop/port automated Python tests for controllers.
• Drive Operational Quality and Optimization: Standardize test flow with repair centers to reduce waste.
• Lead Cross-Functional Engineering Alignment: Bridge Service Logistics, Hardware Design, Quality, and vendors.
• Execute Data-Driven Failure and Performance Analysis: Analyze large datasets to map root causes and improve diagnostics.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing test, repair ops, or service logistics.
• Hardware Test & Diagnosis Expertise: Hardware debugging; enterprise storage/server hardware.
• Collaborative Automation Programming: Python automation in Git-based workflows.
• Operational Analytical Skills: Analyze datasets to derive root causes.
• Cross-Functional Technical Leadership: Communicate to guide external partners and teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Eng, CS, or related field.
• On-Site Collaboration: On-site in Santa Clara.
