Senior Test Engineer, Thermal Control Systems

📋 Description

• Own and drive full lifecycle of thermal control test campaigns from CONOP to data closeout
• Hands-on assembly, integration, instrumentation, and testing of thermal/fluid systems
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, procedures, and manufacturing plans with traceability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, analysis, and manufacturing teams and suppliers
• Investigate and resolve complex issues via root cause analysis
• Provide technical input in design/test reviews and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing Eng with 5+ years in aerospace thermal/fluid/test
• Strong foundation in fluid systems, instrumentation, safety, and troubleshooting
• Experience owning end-to-end test campaigns including data analysis and test automation
• Proficiency in CAD (Siemens NX) for design review and documentation
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with test automation and data review tools
