Senior Threat Response Engineer

📋 Description

• Respond to confirmed compromises on customer endpoints subscribed to Active Remediation MDR service
• Investigate threats, analyze, contain, and remediate in customer environments
• Provide thorough reports detailing actions taken and future protection strategies
• Collaborate with Detection Engineering, Threat Hunting, Intel, and Product teams to develop timely
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills from responding to security events
• Mastery of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) products such as CrowdStrike, Defender for
• Deep understanding of Windows and MacOS internals
• Experience with AI tools and integrating new tech to enhance workflows
• Clear technical documentation and communication skills
• Availability to work Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm MT and participate in monthly on-call rotations
