📋 Description

• Be the first Total Rewards member for the Americas, owning compensation, benefits and equity
• Lead regional execution of rewards programs; partner with global team on design and evolution.
• Own Americas compensation cycles; ensure pay ranges are market-aligned; serve recruiters, managers
• Collaborate with global colleagues in Singapore and China on global programs.
• Role based in San Francisco with cross-functional collaboration against company-wide strategies.
• Build scalable Total Rewards processes across the Americas and global framework.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in total rewards, compensation or benefits, supporting Americas populations.
• Experience building/managing a complete rewards program (compensation, benefits, equity).
• End-to-end benefits process management; broker negotiations and renewals.
• Strong compensation data analytics; conduct annual market reviews and influence pay strategy.
• Ability to build models/projections; US stock administration knowledge (RSUs, vesting).
• Experience at late-stage private or pre-IPO, equity program changes.
