• Senior Training Manager for Oncology/Hematology Training
• Support Imbruvica or Epkinly within Franchise A
• Collaborate with global trainers and co-promote partners
• Develop training on disease, product, sales effectiveness, market knowledge
• Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical, Regulatory
• Manage vendors and contract requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years pharma/biotech experience
• Training/Marketing/Sales experience preferred
• Oncology/Hematology knowledge preferred
• Adult learning, training design concepts, platforms a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
