3+ years in treasury or related finance function
Experience with banking operations, cash management, cash flow forecasting
Experience managing KYC, bank documentation, and bank relationships
Understanding of payment flows, ERP-driven finance operations, treasury controls
Strong analytical skills with financial data and reporting
Ukrainian fluency mandatory; English B2 essential
