Senior Trust and Safety Manager

📋 Description

• Lead discovery to surface biggest risks and blind spots in Trust & Safety.
• Define scope, set launch dates, training milestones, and education calendar.
• Build and maintain policy and workflow library; ensure ongoing updates.
• Source, evaluate, and deploy safety solutions; manage vendor processes.
• Create and execute field education programs; multi-format content delivery.
• Coordinate with Legal and Privacy for sensitive data handling and review.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in trust & safety, workplace safety/EHS, risk, or related fields; 2+ years of people
• Experience building a function from zero; track record of launching programs.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, incident management, OSHA recordkeeping, workers’ compensation.
• Experience partnering with Legal and Privacy on sensitive programs involving recording/PII/PHI.
• Strong written communication; ability to produce policies, memos, and training modules.
• Proven ability to drive adoption among frontline teams and build trust with field staff.
