🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio with web-based UI/UX work.
• Expert in Figma with prototyping and design systems.
• Solid UI/UX fundamentals, usability, information hierarchy, responsive design, accessibility basics.
• Excellent visual design: grids, spacing, typography, layout.
• Experience collaborating with developers and technical teams.
