Senior UI/UX Designer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design and scaling of the design system.
• Build scalable design-token architecture linking libraries to front-end.
• Document component specs, usage, patterns, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with engineers on reusable components and WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Audit interfaces, create inventories, and plan design-system roadmaps.
• Work with product designers to evolve system around real needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of UX/UI design, with 3+ years in design systems/infrastructure.
• Experience scaling design systems, tokens, governance, and libraries.
• Expert in Figma: variants, Auto Layout, tokens, prototyping, library mgmt.
• Strong in HTML, CSS, and component frameworks (React, Angular,/Web Components).
• WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility knowledge and embedding patterns.
• Knowledge of design-system governance, versioning, and change comms.
