Senior UI/UX Designer with TS/SCI + Poly

📋 Description

• Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, and stakeholder engagement to
• Create personas, user journeys, workflow maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI standards across multiple applications.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to deliver accessible, user-centered
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG) and established design best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, 7 years with a Master's degree, or
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Experience presenting UX research findings and design decisions to technical and non-technical
• Ability to work onsite full-time in McLean, VA.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
