Senior UX Designer/Developer

📋 Description

• Prototype interactive user experiences in code to explore, communicate, and validate ideas.
• Rapidly prototype workflows, interactions, and usability concepts before implementation.
• Design UX for complex enterprise SaaS apps and supporting experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, designers, and engineers to define requirements.
• Partner with engineering to ensure quality and fidelity to design intent.
• Advocate for design quality and ensure final product reflects original design.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in UX design, frontend development, or hybrid role.
• Strong portfolio with UX design and interactive coded prototypes.
• Proficiency with modern UX tools and component-based design systems.
• Experience building interactive apps with React, Vue, or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, frontend best practices.
