📋 Description

• Build polished, production-ready Demandbase AI experiences from concept through launch.
• Collaborate across Design, Product, AI, and Engineering to ship agentic patterns.
• Create workflows to move ideas from prototypes into production faster.
• Close gaps between design intent and implementation via hands-on development.
• Identify experience-quality issues early and help prioritize fixes.
• Leverage AI-assisted development to accelerate exploration, implementation, and testing.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of UX and product judgment with focus on customer workflows.
• Strong frontend engineering and production-ready web app shipping experience.
• Ability to move between design thinking, prototyping, and production code.
• Deep experience with React and TypeScript.
• Proficient with AI-assisted development tools across the lifecycle.
• Builder mindset: curious, resourceful, adaptable to ambiguity.
