Senior UX Researcher

📋 Description

• Senior UX Researcher on the Sports team collaborating with product, design, engineers, and
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research to inform product decisions and user experience
• Organize, facilitate, and analyze user research (diary studies, moderated/unmoderated studies).
• Integrate analytics and experimentation data into research planning and reporting.
• Connect research to product priorities, identify gaps in user knowledge, and propose solutions.
• Coach junior researchers and communicate insights across teams to align with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of UX Research experience.
• Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with UX Design, Product, and Engineering.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of sports or regulated industries is a plus; familiarity with AI capabilities in research
