Senior Validation Engineer, Suspension

📋 Description

• Own and execute validation process for chassis suspension systems from requirements to report
• Lead validation of suspension sub-systems and full system tests with design, vehicle dynamics
• Manage external test houses, drive schedules, quality, reporting, and partner accountability.
• Develop test setups, fixtures, and new test equipment as needed.
• Lead root-cause analysis (8D) on DV and field failures; propose mitigations and design improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in Mechanical/Automotive or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in test/validation for chassis or suspension components and systems.
• Strong experience with DVP&R and 8D root-cause analysis.
• Ability to manage external test houses and drive accountability with partners.
• Excellent communication; able to represent suspension across functions and leadership.
