Senior Value Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead AI-driven value transformation within the Pharmaceutical sector using the Celonis Context
• Combine technical execution with consulting and project management alongside senior VE peers.
• Orchestrate complex roadmaps and targeted initiatives to improve operations across ecosystems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years owning complex workstreams, processes, and customer relationships in Value Engineering
• AI fluency with enterprise IT and software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle); use AI
• Builder mentality: set direction within an account team and hunt for high-impact solutions.
• Proven ability in process improvement and value realization across multi-region or business units.
• Strong stakeholder management with VP/Director sponsorship and excellent English and Swedish
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; or Business/Economics with
