Senior Vibrations Test Engineer (R5091)

📋 Description

• Lead vibration test programs for product development, qualification, and flight readiness.
• Design and deploy instrumented test setups for vibration, modal, structural, and environmental
• Execute shaker table tests: sine sweep, random, sine-on-random, resonance search, dwell, shock.
• Perform experimental modal analysis to characterize dynamics and validate FEM models.
• Develop fixtures and test methodologies to reproduce operational loading with minimal fixture
• Instrument hardware with accelerometers, strain gauges, force sensors, and displacement sensors.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Structural, or related field.
• Hands-on vibration testing experience on mechanical/aerospace systems.
• Experience with electrodynamic shaker systems and vibration software.
• Experience with accelerometers, signal conditioning, data acquisition, and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of structural dynamics, vibration theory, modal analysis, and frequency response.
• Experience with experimental modal testing and FEM correlation; MIL-STD-810 familiarity.
