Senior Vice President, Fleet Operations - North America

📋 Description

• You lead end-to-end fleet lifecycle: procurement, planning, pricing, utilization, and remarketing
• Partner with executive leadership to maximize fleet profitability and strengthen OEM partnerships.
• Build scalable processes to support growth and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with OEMs, auction providers, and internal stakeholders to optimize asset recovery.
• Drive data-driven processes, monitor KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and pursue continuous
• Forecast performance, manage residual risk, and identify new revenue opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in fleet management, vehicle procurement, remarketing, automotive finance, or related
• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Automotive Management, or related field; MBA
• Strong analytical skills; proficient with MS Office, BI tools, forecasting models, and fleet
• Executive communication, strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder
• Results-oriented with scalable processes, financial performance optimization, and a culture of
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
