Senior Vice President, Operations

📋 Description

• Own fleet-level nuclear plant operations from fuel load through end of life.
• Build and lead the operating organization, standards, staffing, and regulatory posture.
• Drive internal operating excellence and external readiness services for partners/utilities.
• Define safety culture and operating programs for safe, reliable performance.
• Coordinate across Deployment, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Training functions during handoffs
• Lead training, staffing, and procedural programs to support fuel load and initial operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior leadership in nuclear plant operations (US experience required).
• Experience establishing a new operating organization from the ground up.
• Strong safety culture track record; familiarity with NRC regulatory processes.
• Expertise in staffing models, qualification programs, and operator training.
• Ability to coordinate with regulatory, training, and external partners on readiness services.
• INPO/WANO familiarity and proven performance in startup/operational readiness is a plus.
