Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred.
Experience applying AI/tech to optimize operations.
Strong vendor management, CRO/CDMO relationships, and governance.
Financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, resource planning.
Ability to influence senior R&D leaders and drive change in fast-moving settings.
